OUR MACHINES PROCESS:
Turned parts made of almost all machinable metals and plastics
In our CNC turning shop, we process almost all machinable materials into short and long turned parts:
- All copper alloys such as brass (e.g. CuZn39Pb3), beryllium copper (CuBe2Pb) and bronzes (e.g. CuSn4Zn4Pb4)
- Automatic steels (e.g. 11SMnPb30), case-hardening steels (e.g. 16MnCrS5) and aluminium alloys (e.g. AlMgSi1)
- Stainless steels, including V2A (e.g. 1.4305) and V4A (e.g. 1.4404)
- Plastics such as PEEK, POM and PTFE
- Lead-free materials
We are also happy to advise you on switching to lead-free alloys.

Quality assurance in the manufacture of CNC turned parts
The comprehensive IT-controlled quality control at the SPC measuring stations secures our claim and ensures the satisfaction of our customers. For quality control of the manufactured CNC turned parts, we have seven modular inspection systems with state-of-the-art digital camera measurement technology.
In the QA laboratory of the ultra-modern machine park, there is also a CNC-controlled 3D coordinate measuring machine, a contour measuring device, profile projectors, digital laser micrometers, a hardness tester and numerous surface roughness measuring devices. In addition, our engineering team manufactures and continuously develops sorting machines for small turned parts.

SUSTAINABILITY
The manufacture of turned parts involves a variety of materials and chemicals. We show that this does not have to be at odds with an awareness of sustainability and environmental protection. We use resources again and again in the best possible way. After processing, we clean the resulting chips from the oil to reintroduce it into the cycle. At various machines, we work with systems for heat recovery. A photovoltaic system also provides additional renewable energy. With the sum of these energies, we supply the offices with electricity, among other things.
