Are you looking for the right partner to manufacture your CNC turned parts?
We have the right machine for your project! Our machine park consists of a total of 132 CNC long and short-turning lathes, 31 rotary indexing machines and 5 cam-controlled turret lathes. Our qualified employees manufacture precision turned parts on these machines in 15 shifts weekly according to your specifications. We also have three state-of-the-art ultrasonic cleaning systems. This allows us to meet strict cleanliness requirements regarding residual dirt.
The complete value chain from a single source
Numerous further processing options in-house, such as automated testing of series parts, through-feed and plunge grinding, as well as assembly of modules, complement our services. Additional options for further processing of CNC turned parts, such as surface finishing and hardening processes, are available from our partners. We are also happy to package and label your turned parts according to your ideas as bulk goods or rack goods in special blister packaging. This reduces your purchasing effort.
