Are you looking for the right partner to manufacture your CNC turned parts?
We have the right machine for your project! Our machine park consists of a total of 137 CNC sliding and fixed headstock lathes, 36 rotary transfer machines and 5 cam-controlled turret lathes. Our qualified employees work 15 shifts a week on these machines to produce precision turned parts to your specifications. We also have three ultra-modern ultrasonic cleaning systems. This enables us to meet strict cleanliness requirements with regard to residual dirt.
The complete value chain from a single source
Numerous other in-house processing options, such as automated testing of series parts, through-feed and plunge-cut grinding and assembly of components, round off our services. Additional options for further processing of CNC turned parts, such as surface finishing and hardening processes, are also available from cooperation partners. We are happy to pack and label your turned parts according to your specifications as bulk goods or as rack goods in special blister packs. This reduces your purchasing costs.
